There is bad news for aspirants of BE via distance education. SC has canceled degrees of many students awarded by such universities. It's best to join some college. If it's not feasible then I would suggest you to clear AMIE which is considered as equivalent to engineering graduation.

You can do your Ph.D from a recognised university with your B.Tech credentials. Qualifying exam are GATE, CSIR, UGC NET and ICAR.

The Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights is a regular course. So, you can't pursue it through correspondence.
