In India, if you need well recognized degree with lots of unique features and flexibilities you can go for Suresh Gyan Vihar University, which is Pioneer in Education for 22 Years, a NAAC Grade A accredited University and UGC - University Grants Commission AICTE - All India Council for Technical Education
DEB - Distance Education Bureau Recognized University for Distance education.

You can go for Post Graduate Diploma courses in journalism. It's educational eligibility requires Bachelor's degree in any stream. So, after getting a bachelor degree in BA, you can apply.

Hello,
There is bad news for aspirants of BE via distance education. SC has canceled degrees of many students awarded by such universities. It's best to join some college. If it's not feasible then I would suggest you to clear AMIE which is considered as equivalent to engineering graduation.

Candidates applying to the University's PG courses should have cleared 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized Board and must hold a Bachelors degree from a recognized University/College. The candidate must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam. Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories should have obtained a minimum of 45% marks.
