The eligibility criteria to practice law in courts after completing a distance/correspondence LLB program from Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) is the same as for any regular LLB program in India.
According to the Bar Council of India (BCI) rules, candidates who have completed a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks and have completed an LLB degree from a recognized university or institute are eligible to enroll as advocates and practice law in the courts of India.
Additionally, it's mandatory for all law graduates to pass the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) conducted by the Bar Council of India to be eligible to practice law in the courts of India.
Therefore, after completing the LLB program from KSOU, you need to fulfill the above-mentioned eligibility criteria, including passing the AIBE, to practice law in the courts of India.
