Hi,
You may pursue the course from any state or open university in your area or from IGNOU which offers MA psychology. But be sure of the purpose of it. Jobs would be little difficult until you have some experience or you are excellent at it.

Dear,
I would recommend this programme. You should go for the same in regular mode due to the complex course module, need for practical experience, lab work and interaction with faculty members. You will find internship opportunities in the regular mode only.
All the best.

There is no specific and special relaxation for Central Government employees in seeking admission in distance learning courses. Most of Indian universities only have relaxation for Defence Services personnel beside those covered by reservation policies of GOI.

Dear,
As per the guidelines by the Bar Council of India. A university or institute can offer the LLB programme only in the regular mode.
Due to the vast course structure, moot court practice and practical approach. In terms of the internship, the regular mode education in law will be more beneficial.
If you want to start your career in law then you can think of regular mode only.
All the best.
