In Mumbai, lot of colleges offer Masters in counselling or psychology. Mumbai university and SNDT university have a lot of courses related to psychology and counselling - both full time and part time.
If you are interested in distance courses, I would suggest IGNOU as it offers a lot of degrees, diplomas and certificate courses in various areas of counselling.

From this year, UGC framed the guidelines in that universities can offer PhD degree only in regular or part-time mode not in Distance learning mode. So, check the UGC guidelines for the same.
And specially, your PGDM programme should be recognized by AICTE and under AIU.
So, accordingly, you need to think for PhD programme in regular or part-time as per universities guidelines and list you can find in Shiksha's website.

As per your query you can think of MBA programme and specialisation you can opt HR. Even you can think of Master of psychology with this programme because through that you would understand the human behaviour and their reaction in a better way.

It depends on you and the entrance you are preparing for because
for medical, both Allen and Aakash are equally good but for the preparation for JEE Mains and Advanced, Allen is the best.
