IGNOU is one of the best colleges for distance education. It offers a lot of courses in psychology and counselling through distance mode.

Yes, of course. Its possible if you did diploma engineering from recognised university AICTE approved. Then, you can easily do engineering in distance mode through lateral entry scheme.
