Any 100% scholarship will come with expectations also. HTU Hongkong Technical University offers scholarship of almost 50k $ if you are a gold medallist in any of the international Olympiads like mathematics, physics, cyber, etc.
There could also be offers from best universities if you score 100% in SAT, TOEFL or IELTS as the scores are directly shared with the universities abroad.
