Unfortunately you can't do MBA with diploma in your hands . Minimum eligibility requirement for MBA is Bachelor's degree. As far as experience is concerned it has nothing to do with eligibility criteria. But don't worry you can do "DIPLOMA IN MANAGEMENT" from IGNOU or from other recognised universities. MBA is a two year course & the diploma you are mentioning will not be treated at par with MBA. It would be better if you try and pursue a full time MBA program
