Either go for a regular M.Tech or a part time one. Admission to both is based either on GATE score or on institution specific test. In some private universities you can direct admission too on the basis of your marks in graduation.
Many universities have good placement records and some even offer scholarships to students on the basis of GATE scores as well as marks in graduation.

You hv to ensure that the diploma is from recognised institute/university. You may then apply for LEET (Lateral entry entrance test) conducted by different states and get admission for b.tech/b.e if cleared. Check here to know all details.
