1. Your financial condition
2. Whether you are in a condition to move out of your current location for a full time course
3. The reputation and approval status of the Institute offering the course (be it full time or distance mode). Once you have an answer to all the above questions, you can decide whether you are able to go for a full time course or choose a distance learning course.
There are many institutes offering MBA / PGD courses. You can choose based on reputation and approvals. Some good organizations (in no particular order) are:
Symbiosys, NMIMS, IGNOU,ICFAI to name a few

Any IIM does not offer distance MBA or PGPM programme however they offer 1 year online management programme which are not equivalent to mBA and does not help to get a better job prospects. However, from knowledge gaining point of view they are good.
You should be ideally a graduate with 3+ years work experience to pursue such programme and they cost around 4.5 lakhs Rs. You need to attend weekend classes available in most of the cities

If you are a graduate then you may opt either CFA or CA but again both the programme will take 3-5 years.
If you are planning CFA only do cFA USA or CFA Australia
