Yes, you can pursue .NET or Java. It's a great language to learn. You can get a job after completing the course.

Hello Aman Sharma,
As you have shown interest in automobiles. To become a part of the stream, you need to pursue engineering degree / Diploma first with a strong base in science and mathematics, then you can go for ME/M.Tech in automobile engineering.
You may even opt for short / long term courses comprising of different levels such as designing, development or manufacturing with automotive. It depends on you where do you want to fit in.

It's okay. My friend got in universities with GRE score of 284. So, there's no problem. But, as you are working, you should write again to get scholarships if your academics are good.

For .net training, only two names are there in training organization, one is Mr. Anil Singh and other is Mr. Rajpal, bond in the training industries and both are working with CETPA Infotech Pvt. Ltd. They are having very good trainers in their Roorkee, Noida and Lcuknow branches. So I will suggest CETPA and after that you may go for Vector Institute.

Dot Net devlopers market is quite saturated. Unless you bring a unique skill set and expertise it will be difficult to get job in USA. Also to get USA H1 visa is very difficult. I suggest work with a good IT company and look for opportunities to work abroad based on your excellent performance.

UGC NET is conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects can appear for the exam. Those who have acquired post graduation from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.
Age Qualification:

yes sure. u can definitely step in IT MNC. but scope of java is always better than dotnet. but still many companies do hire for dotnet.

Coming to the first part of your question, I would suggest you to do only one programming language. And have a good command over it. Learning multiple programming languages and not having command on any one will not help you at all. JAVA is getting popular these days. And you mentioned about Android development, then JAVA is the language you should go for. PHP is an evergreen language. Not suggest you to go with .NET at all.
