Yes You are eligible. As DTU eligibility Says :-
60% marks in 10+2 in 10+2 marks in aggregate of Physics Chemistry and Mathematics along with English as one of the main subjects from a recognised board. Also the admission are done through entrance examination also known as Joint Entrance Examination

According to your percentile, your rank would fall somewhere between 99933-112339. With this rank there is a possibility that you will get a seat in NITs, as you have not specified your branch, it is difficult to tell the exact Opening ranks and closing ranks of all the NITs as per the branches. But

Hello, Other is no good news for you about it because the examination of additional subject is necessary to be given if you choose it but the marks doesn't matter about it.
