Yes both on campus and off campus housing is available there.Durham College apartments are available to all students on the Oshawa and Whitby campuses.

On- campus residence 

Each of the rooms feature the following amenities:

  • Wifi access

  •  cable television

  •  on-site laundry

  •  every other week housekeeping services

  • 24-hour security

  • common lounges and gaming rooms

Applicants must confirm the English language proficiency requirements for  visa and study permit, as required by IRCC for your country with your local Canadian Embassy or Visa Application Centre (VAC), as you may still need to write an in-person IELTS or TOEFL exam for visa or study permit processing.
