You can you have very bright future with Economics and mathematics and Statistics. Best combo. Actuarial Science is best and currently in its boom or you can be a best economists with this combo or better economics research. All are having good scope and bright future.

Yes, you are eligible you just need a graduation for Masters and B.Sc is sufficient for Masters in economics too.
