I have given class 12th exam without economics. Can I pursue my graduation with economics in Ranchi College, Ranchi University?

The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing B.A. (Hons.) (Economics) degree is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream from a recognized board of the country.
Some universities give preference to the students having economics in class 12 but Ranchi University is not one of them.
