If we compare overall Civil is easier than an electrical branch. Electrical branch is one of the toughest branches of Engineering, so it's just a matter of interest if you have interest in any branch of engineering it will be very easy to understand the subjects otherwise it may feel like the hardest one also. Hello Tushar, there are plenty of engineering colleges in private sector in government sector also Central government funded which offer this branch while doing engineering graduation. For getting admission in the colleges in your state you will need to pass the specified entrance exam of your state while for the centrally funded institutes you will need to pass JEE Mains and for it is you will need to pass JEE Advanced. Of course before you think of this you must plan to score at least 75% in your 12th standard as that is the minimum marks required for centrally funded institutes like IIT. Best wishes to you.

But considering the number of seats available versus The number of students who are eligible and have applied I am sure you will get one of these branches definitely in one of the colleges. To help you I am attaching a link that can predict the branch and the college that you can get based on your performance in this examination. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/ap-eamcet-college-predictor
