After completing the education in Electronics Engineering, some of the students opt for a Master’s programme in specialisations like Telecommunication, Microelectronics & VLSI Design, Signal Processing, Wireless Communication, Embedded Systems, Robotics, etc. While the others join the Core Engineering companies, where they get to work as Design Engineer, ASIC Engineer Trainees, Junior Embedded Engineers or Network Support Engineer. Yes, IIIT Surat offers B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Some criterias for pursuing the course are given below
75% marks in 12th board examination. Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent by the AIU or Intermediate or 2-year Pre-University exam conducted by a recognised Board/ University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject. Candidate who have passed the Class 12/equivalent examination in 2021, 2022, or those who are appearing in Class 12/equivalent examination in 2023, are also eligible to appear. T

For B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering at IIIT Surat, students will have to give JEE Mains examination. The last cutoff rank for general was around 85 thousand. You may also decide to pursue your B.Tech in ECE with VLSI specialisation if you've reached the level of 87 thousand or more.

There isn't a B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering offered by ITM Vocational University (ITMVU). The Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) B.Tech. programme is available at ITMVU. The course lasts for four years and is taken full-time.

Yes, Central University of Orissa offers B.Tech in Electronic and Tlecommunication Engineering .
The criteria for the course is as below
Candidate must have passed Diploma in relevant field of Engineering with minimum 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) or Must have completed B.Sc. degree with minimum 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) and passed 10+2 with mathematics as a subject and cleared the subjects of Engineering Graphics / Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year Engineering programme along with the second year subjects.

There is no such thing as some branch is superior or better than the other. Every branch have their own scopes and opportunities.
As far as your question is concerned. I will let you know some of the core differences between ECE and CSE branches.
ECE branch deals with microprocessors, microcontrollers and embedded programming. In this you can specialize in VLSI, robotics, automation, etc.
CSE branch deals with programming and coding in the software world. You have to develop innovative codes for solving software related issues. In this you can specialize in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, IOT, etc.
