I don't think that JEE entrance exam is necessary to join Central university of Himachal Pradesh. Either you have not appeared for JEE, you can join Central university of Himachal Pradesh by appearing in the Central university of Himachal Pradesh entrance exam named CUET-UG and CUET-PG. After appearing for the entrance exam, results are declared and then you can take admission. Depending upon the score you can join Central university of Himachal Pradesh. And you can also get admission through reserved categories like SC, ST, EWS, PWD, etc. 

For 2023, cut off was 4649 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science in IIT Bombay - Indian Institute of Technology. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 7838 was the closing rank. B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

No,  JEE Main 2024 dates for admission to IIT Gandhinagar are not out yet. It is expected that JEE Main 2024 notification will be released in the first week of December. NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2024 exam in two sessions in January and April. The exact date of the exam for both sessions will be announced in the notification. Before knowing the cutoff, students must understand the difference between admission and qualifying cutoff of GATE. the exam qualifying cutoff is the institute eligibility cutoff while the GATE admission cutoff ensures a call for admission at IITs, NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs. No, Anna University does not accept JEE Mains scores. Anna University BE/ BTech admission is based on candidates' performance in the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) Counselling. TNEA rank list is used to offer admissions to candidates for undergraduate courses like Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in several colleges in Tamil Nadu. Candidates are eligible to apply for TNEA if they have cleared their Class 12 examination with a minimum aggregate of 45% in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
