BE/B.Tech admission in Tamil Nadu is done based on the online counselling process called TNEA. There is no state-level entrance exam for admission in Tamil Nadu. Candidates have to register and appear for the online Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions TNEA counselling held every year. 10+2 passed/appearing candidates can apply for TNEA counselling. The TNEA 2026 document verification at the TFC was held in June 2026. The uploaded certificates are subjected to verification at the TFCs selected by the candidates in the online application form. The Certificate uploading and verification procedure is intimated after the completion of the registration process. TNEA 2026 Random Number will be out in June 2026. Registered candidates have to sign in by entering login Id/email Id and password to view their unique random number allotted by the authority. The conducting body also informs all the registered candidates about the assigned random number of TNEA 2026 through SMS. The random number will be a 10 digit number that will be allotted to the candidates randomly. Candidates have to verify their documents at TFCs as per their assigned TNEA random number.
