16 days are not enough for the India's top engineering entrance exam I. e JEE Main. The students are spending on or two years in preparation of JEE Main in various coaching centers for securing the rank below the 10000. So this is the time of revision only, you can do anything extra.

NIT, IIIT and GFTIs are difficult to get. The following are the other options.
1. FGIET Raebareli (ECE/CSE)
2. Central University Jammu
3. United College of Engineering and Management, Allahabad (CSE)
4. Barkatullah University Institute of Technology, Bhopal (ECE). .

Hi, it's quite hard to get admission in Heritage Institute of Technology With the above mentioned rank. Since, the overall cutoff for the WBJEE is 3318 - 23952 rank.

There is no IIT in Pune, there are total 23 IITs in India, and they take admission based on JEE Advanced rank, not on JEE Mains rank.

There are no Subjective questions in JEE Advance, you will only have Multiple choice, Matrix type and Numerical questions.
