Hello Ramkumar, in almost all the states, government conducts 2 or 3 rounds of centralised admission process and then colleges are asked to carry on with college based admission process. You will find all the details on the website of the directorate of technical education of your state. Best wishes to you.

First decide whether you want to take coaching or will do self preparation. If you go for coaching then they will tell you everything. But if you want to do self preparation the take help of Youtube.

How many hours should an Olympic aspirant practice? How many hours should an IAS aspirant study? I hope you got the answer. Don't focus on hours, just be completely into it, burning with the passion to give your everything for it. Then whatever be the number of hours you put, will be perfect for 'you'. My prayers that you get into IIT with flying colours. Stay blessed.
