Hello Shivam Tripathi, NTA has published cut-off percentile for different categories of students. If you have obtained same or more then you become eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. You then need to fill up application form for appearing for this exam. Then understand the syllabus and start brushing up. Since time is now so short that you can NIT study from scratch. Study sincerely and with all your heart. That's all. Below is the data of different percentiles.
2021 : Cut-off for JEE Advanced in different categories:-
