First, you have to decide whether you need coaching at all to prepare for JEE Mains or Advanced. If you are not able to score enough marks in your school or college, you should definitely improve your basics before looking for a coaching. You should never start preparing for JEE unless you are confident about your basics.

Hi,
Probability is there that you could get CE but again depends upon cut off for this year
Keep trying and if not via haryana official notification you can also try college physical counselling , you will surely get.

As per the information available on JU's website, Admission to undergraduate programmes in the FET is through the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination, conducted by an independent body, followed by counseling. So the JEE Main scores are not applicable here. You have to participate and obtain a decent rank in WBJEE for getting admission here in B.Tech courses.
