Hello Arijit Paul,
There is no quota for female students per say in government colleges. Government desires that certain minimum percentage of females should be encouraged to take admission in engineering and hence government provides supernumerary seeds in IIT and NIT. However at what percentile this will be happening is just not predictable. Sometimes it could go as low as 5% tiles with respect to the last student that is a male student admitted. Both are different exams. GATE is related to engineering students, which make you to get PSU's or admission in different IIT, NIT and other colleges. IIT JAM is for the students who pursue B.Sc. And get M.Sc. After this exam.

This is very difficult to say at this instant whether you will be eligible for JEE Advanced or not. This is so because National testing agency will announce ranking as well as cutoffs of percentile for different categories of students after the fourth session of exam planned to be conducted in theonth of May, who then will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced and also will be eligible to take part in the admission process for NIT and other CFTI's. In view of this I would advise you to make efforts to appear for 4th cycle of JEE Mains in May also with the aim of improving on your percentile and simultaneously increasing your ch
