Hello Sanjeev Kumar, these days raw marks do not matter at all. Percentile is the criteria for admission and ranking. Unfortunately you have not mentioned your percentile. Okay. I would like to advise you to download the college predictors available on the net. Using these and your percentile, you can find out as to which branch and institution you can get admission. Hello TM Tamilselvan, if I may ask as to why you want to join engineering? More than 50% fresh engineering graduates do not get placed. So getting job after completion of engineering graduation is a myth. 55percentile means approximately 5 Lacs students have scored better than you. It's much better to pursue a subject that you like. Hello Bhukya Nitin, you have, unfortunately, not mentioned your catagory. To help you I am giving below different cutoffs for different categories of students as declared by NTA last year. One can expect similar or better cutoffs this year. Cut-off for JEE Advance
Candidates having at least 90.3765335 percentile will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. For EWS students the cut-off is 70.2435518, for OBC it is 72.8887969, SC - 50.1760245, ST - 39.0696101, PwD - 0.06185224
I would strongly advise you to download college predictors of JEE Mains to know Probability of branch and NIT that you can get. Best wishes to you.

50 percentage Mains and another 50 percentage IPE.
You have more chances to get ECE.

You have high JEE score but less ipe score. Sastra considers 75% ipe + 25% JEE score. With your score you can have a try for mechanical or bio engineering or chemical branches.
