Not possible. Sir JJ College required JEE Main percentile above 98 for B.Arch admission. So your chances are very less.

The First Round of Counselling at MITS Gwalior for M.Tech admission Shall be done on the basis of Valid GATE Score. If Seats remains vacant then the decision regarding holding of second round of counselling either separately on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance test and/or simultaneously with the counselling on the basis of percentage of marks obtained (As per the criteria for Award of degree by University/Institution) in the qualifying examination shall be taken by the competent authority. Hello Vijay Gawle, Many IITS such as IIT Roorkee, etc. Accept GATE score for M.Tech in Chemical. Besides IITS many central universities such as Aligarh University also takes the admission for M.Tech in Chemical on the basis of GATE score.

You can prepare for GATE 2022 by both means. If you want to prepare by coaching then prefer Made easy institute as it only provides the coaching for GATE exam. The cut off varies yearly to get admission in IITs. It depends on the branch and level of the exam. On an average the marks required to get admission in IITs is around 28-40 depending upon the categories, branch and exam level.
