It is good, but IIT Jammu is still new. So, you can't expect that much placements as expected from normal IITS like Delhi Roorkee etc.

EWS ranking will be done amongst all the EWS aspirants on the basis of their score. If there is a tie, it would be broken down in the favor of the aspirant who is younger in age.

Hello,
JEE Advanced Exam is available in English and Hindi languages. The exam is conducted in two phases: Paper 1- MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) and Paper 2- Numerical Answer Type Questions. Duration of the exam is 3 hours each. The exam consists of three sections: Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. JEE Advanced Exam will now be conducted next year in the month of May 2020. So, if you are preparing for it, then you have enough time. Start your preparation now and be prepared for the exam. Best of Luck.

With this rank he can get any good IIT and topmost NITs. Actually if you want to know in details about the closing rank of top IITs and NITs, it'll better if you go through josaa site for OR( opening rank) and CR(closing rank) trend of previous 3 years.
