Most probably, you will get private colleges. Government colleges are not possible with this rank. You can predict the possible colleges here:

Your rank is not very good so there is less chance of getting this college. You should improve your scorecard for getting this college.

You cannot get NIT-DGP for M.Tech without a valid GATE scorecard, you have to score (at least) more than the cut-off marks.

I would suggest you to go with VIT, if you get a seat in CSE and can afford, As VIT is ranked No 1 private Institute by Indian Government 4th time in a row. Coming to placements and curriculum wise it's really excellent. There are top placement record for CSE students offering more than 40L by companies like Microsoft.

You can get admission in HITS on the basis of JEE Mains score also. Yes, you can get admission in aeronautical engineering. If not appeared in any entrance exam, then try to get admission through management quota.
Best of luck.

The minimum eligibility for admission in VIT is 60% in class 12th and rank less than 1,00,000 (any campus). But in Bhopal campus, students who got any rank are eligible to take admission, but not sure whether they accept students who have scored less than 60% in class 12th.
