Your performances in class 12th and JEE Mains are good.
70% of the seats are allotted based on JEE Mains percentile and average +2 marks. While the remaining 30% seats are allotted based by considering only class 12th marks. You meets the 1st eligibility criteria, so you'll get admission in SASTRA. But, as you're asking for CSE, it may be a little bit difficult to get. But why don't you try.

You should go for very hard determination and hard work and clear GATE exam. it is 3 hrs ,65 questions exam . it requires proper strategy , proper plan and the implementation of that plan

Yes, but very few seats are available in civil because all the government departments take students from ESE, SSC JE, RRB JE, Madhya Pradesh sub-engineer, state engineering services, etc.
