The only difference in SRMJEE is the third subject i.e. Maths, biology. In PCB, you'll be given a set of biology stream question. In PCM, you've given a set of maths questions. If you are maths students in class 12th, then, you'll have to appear for PCM paper. If you are Medicon student, then only chance is to appear for PCB paper.

The questions are in MCQ format and the syllabus is your 11 and 12 of CBSE board. There are some theory and some numerical of different difficulty level. You can visit this link for a better idea of the pattern.
