Yes, you can get admission without JEE Main. Here's how:

  • DBGI accepts UPCET/UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh state entrance) scores for B.E./B.Tech.
  • If seats remain after the state quota, management quota admissions are also available based on 10+2 marks.
  • You can secure admission via UPCET or directly 10+2 merit through management quota.

IIT Bhilai JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 has been released for admission to BTech specialisations. The cutoff was released for round 3, for different categories under the All India quota. Among the General AI category, the closing ranks varied between 6524 and 15325. Looking at the cutoff range, we can say that getting admission at 15000 rank is possible. However, the choice of specialisation at this rank would be very limited.

This means that you are not qualified for the JEE Mains exam. That you are not getting the government engineering college but you can get a private one. Private colleges are also good, you can get placement from a private one and some private colleges get companies which the government ones are not getting so.

Among the General All India category candidates, the closing ranks varied between 1872 and 10645. Therefore, it is possible to get admission to the college at 5000 rank in JEE Advanced. However, at 5000 rank, the choice of specialisations would be limited.

With this score, I don't think you will get a government college but you will get a good private college. Also you can give entrance of better private colleges like VIT, etc. For private college, you have to check its campus placement and how much exposure you will get in this college.

Yes, you can get a seat at IIITs. But I personally believed that you should prepare for session 2 where you can score much better than session 1 and if your score is not better, the session 1 score is still available to take admission in the IIITs. IITs are also better in terms of campus placement and education facility and also a government one.
