Yes, NITP is better than NIT-TGP as NITP maintains quality standards of maintenance and teaching. If you want to stay in hostel, then food is also better.

Placement for mechanical engineering in CUSAT is just like any other branch. By this I mean, you will get TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, etc. By now, you may have understood the difference between placement in a core company and just any placement. Sorry to say, but placement from mechanical in the core company is the worst among all branches of CUSAT. I'm not sure whether this trend is followed in all the colleges or not, but surely you will find it very difficult to get into a company where you can hone your mechanical skill set if you're expecting it through on-campus placement.

Hi, Either JEE Mains or GUJCET are the exams which are conducted for admissions into an engineering college. However, aircraft maintenance engineering is not an engineering degree in the true sense but is actually a degree called B.Sc in aircraft maintenance engineering and hence neither of these two entrance exams are required. The admissions are based on the marks obtained in class 12th. Best wishes to you.

It's difficult for you to get in NIT, Warangal. Try some courses which doesn't have high demand, chances are there that you might get a seat.

For admission in DTU and NSUT, you have to appear in JEE Mains first, then get good marks, then you have to apply to JAC Delhi counselling. If you are allowed any college branch according to your choice then you have to report to colleges for verification documents.

As per your category, if your rank is less than 1,00,000 (general rank), then you will get some branches in DTU and NSIT. However, HBIT is taking admission via JEE Mains from this year, so we cannot predict the exact cutoff.

Sorry. According to me you don't get any nits or iits.
It will be tough to get good government colleges but you can try for some good private colleges. I am attaching a link which will predict the best college according to your rank.
