Yes, you can surely get a seat in the above given colleges with this rank.

Chances of getting CSE in any of these colleges are very low.

As far as I think you can get CSE at either of them easily (just wait till the spot round).
Hope it helps! Thank You.

It totally depends on you, if you want to be a little managerial as well as a little technical then you can go for MBA, as doing MBA would provide you with a plethora of opportunities ahead. MBA would also in a general way provide you financial stability. So it totally depends on how you want your life ahead. Hope it helps!
Thank you.

There are less chances for you to get ME in NIT KKR with this rank.
The cut-off generally goes around 17k-18k. So, I don't think you can get mechanical here, but you can try for other branches such as Civil, Electrical, PIE.
I hope it helps!
Thank you

Firstly, I must congratulate you on scoring such handsomely in JEE Mains examination. Getting percentile of above 97 shows your calibre in Academics. I am sure with this percentile you will get admission in which ever Institute that you desire. However to help you I am attaching a link that will predict college for you based on your percentile. If you are not happy with the result then I would advise you to appear for the examination once again that is being conducted in the month of April. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.
