Hello,
Candidates should have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with minimum 50% marks are only eligible for this exam and every candidate who wish to apply for this test they should need to have minimum 50% of marks in their qualifying examination like Diploma or degree and 45% of marks in case of reserved categories like SC & ST.

You can appear next year in JEE Mains. You can also go for these exams. Other than JEE Mains and Advanced, there are many entrance exams which are conducted. Some of them are:
1. LPU-NEST
2-KIITEEE
3-UPSEE
4-SRMJEE
5-WBJEE
6-VITEEE
7-BITSAT
8-Entrance Exam for Galgotias University
9-COMEDK (you can get very good colleges through this, they are mainly in Bangalore).
10-KCET
11-MH-CET.
