No, it is not possible. You have to appear for the exam again and that score that you get will help you to get admission.

Admission in this college is done through JEE Mains rank but for that, you have to attend the UTU counselling in that you will get this college.

ISI Demands absolute mathematics and JEE Main or advanced will focus on quite a broad array of subject. Both exam preparation have some common areas but not fully coincide. So, my suggestion is to go for either one, and do it with best of your efforts.

Hi Pranav,
To study Masters in Germany, you can take IELTS and start applying. They generally do not ask for GRE scores or any other test scores. GATE scores are accepted but if you have an excellent profile you may omit. You must also look at the university websites for university specific application requirements.

The cut off of all the paper changes every year. And for this paper, the cut off for the 2017 is around above 15k rank.
