Hello, As per your mentioned question, there are no IITs which give admission just by opting JEE Mains exams, but for NIT, you have to clear JEE Mains. You have to clear both JEE Mains as well as JEE Advanced. Also, you have to score well in JEE Mains to get a good NIT.

I wouldn't suggest you to drop 1 year, because you will need to study extra hard to beat JEE Mains. But, if you really want to prepare, Kotak is best option for you.

No, CSE at NIT JSR is not possible. You may get other branches for sure. Don't just rush for CSE. Make a wise decision and if u even get IT ECE and if it interests you, go for it. Those are good branches too. Hope it helps.

This you have to check on the JEE Mains official website, as there are many reporting centers and you might find a center that is very close to your town instead of going to the state capital for the reporting.

With this rank, you might not get the government college, but you can get some of the best private colleges of the UP like JSS, AKG, KIET, ABES etc. In all these colleges, you can easily get the core branch.

Hi, GATE forms are available from 1st of SEP every year and exam in mid Feb. 1st of all, you are engineering pursuing or passed out. If you have 3rd year students or final year students, then store all 3-4 years question patterns and watch which section ask more no of questions 2nd thing you which section is good or bad. Focus on that section. If passed out, take coaching. All the best.
