Yes, definitely, you should wait for the next round (if you don't want this college). You will get better than this college or you will be allotted this college again. Otherwise, get admission into this college.

Hi Dinesh, Congrats as you scored good marks in JEE paper 2 but unfortunately closing rank in these both NITs is 1138 at round 3 and round 6 respectively. So there is less chance to get seat in these but don't loose hope. You may also get seat here if your luck helps you. Remember to stay in contact with both colleges for more details. Thanks.

Hello, It's a deemed to be University. It conducts it's own entrance exam. It's difficult to guess what will be cutoff this year since it's very dynamic process. Yes, this institute makes good efforts to place students.

They will tell you if you get any seat, then you have to select in which college. You can verify your documents.

You will be asked to arrange the original and xeroxed documents in a particular order and wait for your turn. When your turn comes you will have to go to one of the officers in charge there and get your documents verified. Once it's verified they will ask whether you want to float/slide/freeze your choice and as per your request they will do that and allott you a provisional admission letter which you have to keep safely. Usually, the whole procedure takes around 12 hours in the first round of seat filling and lesser time in the later hours.
