Tips:
First, check the syllabus of BITSAT and then according to that, start reading chapter one by one and after completing one chapter do around 50-100 questions related to the chapter and after completing some chapters again, revise previous chapters questions.
All the best.

You may visit

And check the previous year's cut-offs of IITs for your category. Best of luck.

What can you do with a single-day preparation? But something is better than nothing. So, go for it just for reference and to get an idea about the pattern of the exam.

No, it's not possible because SRM is a deemed university which is having its own engineering entrance exam SRMJEE. One must secure a good rank in SRMJEE to get a seat in SRM University.
I think SRM Andhra Pradesh campus may have a consideration on Andhra Pradesh EAMCET score for vacant seats. So contact SRM Andhra Pradesh campus admission desk.

It changes every year and varies category-wise. So, the cutoff marks in JEE Mains are not constant.

I can't tell the score that you have to get in Mains as it varies every year. But you have to get a rank at least about 10k in JEE Mains to get into aerospace engineering. Then, you will be in the super-safe zone. Up to 15k, you can have a moderate chance.
