Go to the college predictor link provided by Shiksha.com.
You will get to know the available options for you. Personally, I would suggest you google about JAC counselling of Chandigarh and Punjab. These are the counsellings for the gov. and private colleges of Chandigarh and Punjab through Mains score. But for this, you need to fill a separate form of these. It will be out in mid-June.

No, your score is very low. You will not get any government college but you can try for private colleges. There are some private colleges which are actually good. Don't lose hope. You can drop a year for JEE Mains and Advanced. You have many options.
