The paper is objective type only. The syllabus is of class 11th and 12th only. No negative marking is there.

If you are from general category then you will get nothing with this score, however, if you are of another category then you might be eligible for the Advanced exam. Official answer key will be released soon.

LPU, UPES, Amity University, Galgotia University etc. have open registration for the admission to engineering programme in colleges. There are still many colleges, which have ongoing admission procedure. Also, you can check on the NET.

It depends on which college you are applying to. MHCET will give you admissions only in state of Maharashtra, whereas JEE Mains and JEE Advanced will help you get admissions in IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTs i.e. Government Funded Institutes
