With 65 percentile in JEE Main we shouldn't expect any top IIT or NIT college for CSE branch but we can expect some other IITs, NITs or GFTIs at an affordable price

B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) – 4 years, 90 seats
B.Tech in Information Technology (IT) – 4 years, 90 seats
Eligibility (for both CSE & IT)
Must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics
General category: 50% marks in Mathematics, and 50% in PCM aggregate Kerala SC/ST: Passing marks are enough SEBC (Kerala, non-creamy layer): 5% relaxation—so 45% in PCM/Maths
Age limit: Generally no strict upper age for general B.Tech
Admission Process
Entrance test: CUSAT CAT (Common Admission Test) in Physics, Chemistry & Math

Counseling is ongoing and with this rank, I am sure you're not going to get any seat until CSAB starts. Also, if you are not from the reserved category if still you want any college despite the branch then you can get some central university maybe .
