NCERT, Arihant objective chemistry and a magazine which has JEE Mains question papers. You can solve previous years question papers and take online mock tests.

Terms and Conditions for the scholarship for multiple students having the same rank:
(a) In case of open board, students must have scored at least 90% marks.
(b) In case the board is giving the same rank to multiple students.
I. Scholarships will be given to all students subject to scoring at least 97% marks. For example, there are 10 students having same marks and the board has given them the same rank (rank 10), in that case, scholarship will be given to all 10 students (up to top 20 rank holders) if they are having at least 97% marks even if there are 50 students above this rank.

All the Branches are good here, it depends on your interest. NCERT is the best option and apart from this book, you can try to revise from previous year question paper.

Hello Aman,
AIEEE is now JEE Mains exam. Government is thinking on making them a single exam as in medical but due to some reasons this is has happened this year but this may happen next year. So you should continue your studies and if any change occurs you will get informed by newspapers or from the mail by Shiksha.

You can get admission in Amity, Sharda, LPU, Noida International University, Galgotia's University, Kalasalingam University, Saveetha Engineering College, etc. You can also get scholarship in some colleges.

You can get many private colleges such as LPU, Amity, Sharda, Noida International University, Chandigarh University, Galgotias University, Sikkim Manipal University, MS Ramaiah, Acharya Engineering College, Saveetha Engineering College, Kalasalingam University or Techno India University based on your marks in B.Tech mechanical, if you have given any other state engineering entrance exam/any other entrance exam like VITEE, SRMJEE or BITSAT see their result if you get a decent rank in any of the exam try taking admission on the basis of these, or you can drop a year to prepare for JEE Mains 2018.
