Sorry to say, but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cut-off. So there is no way to get MIT-Pune on basis of JEE Mains score and your MHT-CET score is also low. So chances are null. You may get admission in any private college on the basis of class 12th percentage.

Usually score in the BITSAT exam is considered for admission. But board toppers of every state usually make it to BITS directly. But you have to score 75 % aggregate in maths / biology, physics, chemistry with at least 60 % in above mentioned subjects.

If you are general or OBC then chances are very less but if you are from SC or ST category then you may get a seat in IIT. Although we can only make predictions so wait till result.

Calcutta University, Kolkata will be best college for you. You will not get good branch in Jadavpur University. I think you may get only architecture there. So, join Calcutta University.

It's little bit hard to qualify JEE Mains without coaching but if you are hardworking and self-disciplined then you can qualify it, but for advanced you have to join a coaching.

Sorry but your marks are not enough that can help you to get a college because above 300 marks are considered for admissions in B.Arch. So, you should try for any private college.

JEE Mains counseling will start after declaration of JEE Advanced result. So you should wait for the announcement for advanced result. Admission in IIT/NIT/GFTI will be done through JOSAA. You have to fill choices of your desire colleges and branches. There will be 5-7 rounds of counseling. For more details go to www.josaa.nic.in.
