For admission into BAMS courses under general category, your score shouldn't be less than 350. But exact cut-off score can't can't be predicted as BAMS admission is happening through NEET for the first time.

JEE Mains is an easy deal if you focus on your basic concepts. For physics prepare for NCERT and last year question papers available online and do maths in the same way .For chemistry only NCERT will work.

It looks a bit difficult on looking at your JEE marks but it also depends that which stream are you looking for. But still you can compare some government colleges in your area with your rank, you will get a good idea.

Yes, but only if you have filled the given NITs as a choice in your counselling form. Even the top NITs have vacant seats. So, you can get admission in any nit even in spot round counselling.
