Sorry but your rank is too high in JEE paper 2 because above 300 marks are considered for admission in B.Arch in NITs or government colleges. So, there is no NIT available for you, so you should try for private colleges.

Sorry, but your rank is too high. You scored 150 marks in JEE paper 2.
300+ marks are considered for admission for B.Arch in NITs. So, you should try in any private college.
You will definitely get admission in top private colleges.

Yes, you may get Central Universities but placement is not good there. I would suggest you some government colleges you can get on the basis of your marks HNBGU Uttarakhand, CUH Haryana, THDC Tehri, etc.

You should try IET or HBTI because your marks in JEE Advanced and main is not enough to get good NIT and IIT. Although you may try JAC Chandigarh counselling. You may get UIET Punjab University which is far better than lower NITs.
