Hello Saran,
As per your marks, you will not get any good colleges as you have scored really well in boards but from this year boards marks are not considered for ranking in JEE, however, it will be better for you to take a break and prepare well for next year.
All the best.

Hello Rambabu,
Yes, it's the best. You can study for JEE Mains as well as clearing your backlogs simultaneously. Take some tuition or join some class for this to happen successfully.

The 1st semester in B.Tech completely depends on your basics that you have studied in your classes 11 and 12th. So if you are strong in the basics you can be easily successful.
May be from the second year or second semester you may start studying your domain (whatever courses you have opted for).
Be thorough in the basics that will only help you with the first semester.
First impression is the best impression, so start showing your skills from now.

The website for applying counselling for both JEE Mains and JEE Advanced is www.josaa.nic.in. You can apply only after the JEE Advanced exams.
The thing is if you have a good score in JEE Mains you can apply for NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, etc. and for JEE Advanced you can apply for IITs.
The counselling procedure is the same. You must apply in the above website.
Maybe your dates can differ but the exams you qualify determines your admission into these colleges.

It only depends on your branch and marks you have scored in the 4 semesters, your logical thinking and extra activities. The way you present yourself during the campus placement also plays a big role.

It depends upon many factors such as college, your marks, your personality, your creativity and other factor.
If you are from a good college and have good marks then you may get more salary than M.Tech students but if you have less marks then you have to go for M.Tech.
