As per your marks, you will not get any good colleges as you have scored really well in boards but from this year boards marks are not considered for ranking in JEE, however, it will be better for you to take a break and prepare well for next year.
All the best.

Yes, it's the best. You can study for JEE Mains as well as clearing your backlogs simultaneously. Take some tuition or join some class for this to happen successfully.

This Institute is supported by Jaypee industries and as per my information, the infrastructure is very good. Just have no worries on this aspect.

May be from the second year or second semester you may start studying your domain (whatever courses you have opted for).
Be thorough in the basics that will only help you with the first semester.
First impression is the best impression, so start showing your skills from now.

The thing is if you have a good score in JEE Mains you can apply for NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, etc. and for JEE Advanced you can apply for IITs.
The counselling procedure is the same. You must apply in the above website.
Maybe your dates can differ but the exams you qualify determines your admission into these colleges.

If you are from a good college and have good marks then you may get more salary than M.Tech students but if you have less marks then you have to go for M.Tech.
