Although, JEE Mains and BITSAT have the same syllabus they are like two sides of the same coin. Means, though they have the same syllabus, there are different methods to clear each of them.
First, JEE demands more concept clarity and accuracy, but BITSAT demands speed and accuracy. So, you need to have a knowledge of how the questions are in BITSAT?
In JEE, you need to score only the cut-off marks in your category to get a college, but in BITSAT, you must score 300+ to get admission in any of the campuses and it is irrespective of your caste.

For getting CSE at IIT-kharagpur, you need to score more than 220 marks in JEE Advanced.

For getting CSE at LNMIT, your marks must be more than 130 in JEE Mains.

Also, you have a good chance to get electronics and communication engineering. It is a highly demanded course and there will be a lot of competition in that course. So try it anyway.
