You are way down in AIR but desires best branch. Of course no harm in having dreams. I feel you have very slim chances of Admission in engineering college.

NIT Durgapur is famous for its mechanical branch,so every year cutoff is high.
At this rank, it is difficult to grab mechanical in NIT, Durgapur.
