No, JEE Mains is not compulsory to get admission into the BTech course at BML Munjal University. After reading that you got only 52.6 score in JEE Mains I was shocked and you are expecting a seat in NIT but after knowing you belong to SC category then I can answer. With a 52.6 score in JEE Mains and SC category, chances of NIT admission are low but possible in lower-ranked NITs or less preferred branches under home state quota. Cutoffs vary yearly, so apply through JoSAA counselling, keep options wide, and also consider IIITs, GFTIs, or state colleges.
