Yes, you are eligible to get the admission at Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh with the mentioned JEE Mains marks and as you expected marks in boards. Counselling will take place once JEE and class XII results will be out. You get yourself registered with Chitkara University by filling up the form. Forms are available in various book shops and you can also apply online at - admissions.chitkara.edu.in.

You can join private colleges and some state government colleges at this marks. Let me suggest you a few colleges where you can take admission:
1. Thapar University
2. UIET punjab University
3. JIIT Noida sec-62
4. LNMIIT(strongly recommended)
5. IIIT Bhubneswar
6. Birla Institute of Technology Patna campus, Deogghar and Jaipur campus.
7. School of Engineering and Technology HNBGU (a central University)
8. Jamia Milia Islamia, Delhi
9. Central University of Haryana
10. NITs and new IIITs.

Yes, you can get but via counseling is difficult with your marks. If you wish to take admission in SRM then I can provide you a seat for any branch in SRM.

Go for ITER (SOA University) or KIIT. There are other colleges too which are good for electrical but I must know which all states are you preferring to study.

Based on your scores, you can not get good private engineering colleges for B.Tech CS. You are advised to appear for private universities engineering entrance examinations to get a seat in computer science and engineering graduation degree.
